How we work; so easy is the land purchase

Purchase of the land via our company can be realized in just a few steps.

  1. Selection of land from the SOLIT Canada offer.
  2. If desired, property site visit or explanation of the characteristics of the property on the basis of the exposé.
  3. The bilingual sales contract is signed after checking the personal information of the buyer by the Parties in triplicate. Each Party shall have an original contract; the third copy is intended for the lawyer and notary.
  4. At the time of the signing of the contract the purchaser makes a deposit of 25% of the purchase price. The remaining purchase price must be paid within a maximum of three weeks. All payments are made to the escrow account ("Trust Account") of the Canadian lawyer and notary.
  5. After payment of the full purchase price to the escrow account, the transfer of ownership is made directly by the Canadian notary. The transfer of ownership to the buyer is confirmed by the Canadian notary.
  6. After completion of the purchase and successful transfer of ownership you will receive from us all the essential documents sent directly by courier:
    • A Warranty Deed, which indicates the change of ownership.
    • A confirmation from the Canadian notary, that the property has been effectively transferred to the buyer, without encumbrances.
    • The parcel register print out from the Land Registration office of the government of Nova Scotia confirming the ownership.
    • A title insurance policy insuring the title to the purchaser ("Title Insurance").
