The advantages at a glance

  • Settlement will be made via a highly experienced German lawyer and notary on site.
  • For ease of reference the contract is in in both English and German.
  • All our lands are wholly owned by Solit acquired with our own funds. We do not offer any third parties’ land for sale!
  • The location of the lands was confirmed by a licensed Nova Scotia Land surveyor. We also conducted the visual inspection of the properties for environmental conditions with a world-renowned Canadian Real Estate Assessment Company.
  • Our published purchase prices already include all costs and fees. That is, there are no additional expenses, such as brokerage fees, legal fees, or taxes for you.
  • For your safety, the agreed purchase price is payable to an escrow account. Thus we only receive the agreed purchase price from the notary after a complete transfer of ownership to you.
  • All land acquired by us is surveyed by a licensed and certified Nova Scotia land surveyor. The surveys have already been approved by the competent planning authority.
  • All properties are approved by the relevant planning department. This means that the individual lots legally exist and the individual lots are approved for construction of a dwelling, well and sewer system subject to approval of the building plan and design and location of the sewer system by the relevant local authorities.
