Our services

Our service is reliable! We consider ourselves to be your contact for all questions regarding the purchase of land in Nova Scotia. From travel planning and booking to organizing the construction of your home, including individual tax and legal advice, together with our network of qualified on-site partners we are here to support you with advice and practical assistance.

Travel Planning and property inspection

You can rely on our assistance from planning your trip to Canada to a property inspection on site. Halifax can be reached quite quickly from most central European airports via Montreal. We will also gladly assist you with questions regarding accommodation or car rental. And we can, of course, organize a site visit for you. Together with our local experts, we can help you realize your dream. If you would like us too, we can also take over the complete travel booking according to your wishes.

Building your home in Canada

There are not yet any houses on the plots we offer. In this way, you can decide individually whether and when your property should be built on—or not. All plots have been approved for building homes and have the necessary permits required for the construction of a sewage system and a well for water supply. If you would like to build your home at a later stage, this is quite possible too. From a simple log cabin to an exclusive vacation or retirement home, we can recommend well-established, experienced home builders on site and establish a contact, if you wish. Please feel free to contact us to find out more.

Tax and legal advice

In addition to the purchase of a property, other legal and tax issues might arise. If you have questions about Canadian law, the Canadian taxation or setting up a company in Canada, we and our Canadian partners are always happy to help you.

Immigration

Canada is a very attractive country of immigration. Immigrants from different parts of the world come to Nova Scotia to live there permanently. Although Canada is one of the traditional immigration countries, there are many points to consider. If you are considering immigrating to Canada, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to help.
